Exercise


Exercise shall be regarded as a long life contract. No day without exercise, or follow our doctor's advice to determine the best interval, type and intensity of the exercise we will do on regular basis. ( Willy Susilo: I KEEP CASH)

Fasting


 We are not talking about a religious obligation. We do fasting according to our health condition or advise from a medical professional. We do not eat certain kinds of food or stop doing our habitual activities in temporary basis until we recover our health.

Imagination


 Wild imagination can be dangerous and be enemy to our health. We can get stressed only because of having habit of negative imagination. Stop the habit of negative thinking. Be positive all day long. Imagination is just like a tool of any kind, it can be harmful, if we dont't know how to use if and we use it wrongly. Peace is coming from positive imagination.

Lifestyle


Many people have suffered from tremendous amount of failure cost because of neglection to practice the habit of healthy life. How can we improve our lifestyle? Make a long list of our life activities and habits and identify the positive and negative ones, and eliminate or reduce the practices that have negative impact to our health. All factors in N-E-W-L-I-F-E are actually constituting a lifestyle. Discipline ourselves to familiarize the NEW LIFE practices until a new habit is formed- habit of healthy life
